About the Role
Lyra is looking for a Strategy & Operations Manager for the Blended Care clinical programs to help drive the long-term growth strategy. The ideal candidate is a strategic problem solver that can take an ambiguous growth challenge, use data and analytics to translate that into strategic choices, drive towards recommendation, and support implementation.  

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive overall strategy on how we forecast our Blended Care clinical programs’ client demand and provider supply to support our ambitious long-term growth targets
  • Partner cross-functionally with our BizOps, GTM, Operations and Product teams to identify and understand trends in how clients get to care
  • Drive cross-functional strategic efforts to enable our long-term growth targets  
  • Lead high-priority initiatives to investigate, address, and mitigate any near-term growth risks for our Blended Care programs, in partnership with the teams 
  • Track overall program metrics and effectively report out on program health to executive audiences 

Qualifications

  • 7+ years experience with management consulting, digital health operations, or related experiences; healthcare experience a plus
  • Highly organized self-starter; able to multitask and apply structure to ambiguous situations
  • Strong project management skills and a demonstrated ability to drive effective partnerships with cross-functional teams 
  • Advanced quantitative analytical skills (SQL, Excel/Google sheets) and extensive modeling experience
  • Ability to distill and communicate complex ideas clearly across different audiences 
  • Passion for expanding access to quality mental health care
  • MBA preferred but not required

This role is open to Burlingame, CA or remote within the Pacific, Mountain, or Central Time Zones.
