Lyra Health is looking for a Clinical Training Operations Lead to join our Blended Care Therapy Provider Enablement team to design and implement a strategy for creating new clinical training programs and resources and managing their day-to-day operations, ensuring they are built to scale and drive Blended Care Therapy’s operational efficiency. These training programs and resources will serve our unique workforce of remote therapists across the US, increasing their existing clinical capabilities and expanding the diversity of the client populations they care for.

This role will be a great fit if you are energized by the challenges of championing an operational lens in collaborating with clinical experts, managing a wide variety of cross-functional stakeholders to achieve shared goals, and driving forward process improvements to enable scale with clinical outcomes and quality in mind. You can grasp operational details quickly but can also zoom out and connect the work to the bigger strategic vision and anticipate/mitigate potential risks. Ideally, you’ve worked closely with clinical partners in a healthcare setting.

In your first year, you will:

  • Support the development of clinical training programs and resources for remote therapists in close collaboration with clinical, HR, IT, product, and other partners
  • Lead the day-to-day operations management of clinical training programs
  • Build the right resources, information, and processes to enable successful replication across different programs, scaling our efforts (e.g. live training, asynchronous learning resources, playbooks, documentation, FAQs, etc.)
  • Define metrics of success and manage to those benchmarks; track metrics, report out, and identify areas for improvement for clinical training programs
  • Effectively manage and support the individual development of a Senior Associate
  • Develop feedback pathways between different stakeholders to incorporate feedback into programmatic changes
  • Serve as an all-around team player to build and grow the Blended Care program

Work Experience:

  • 8+ years of experience with clinical operations, clinical training, and change management within healthcare and/or digital health; high-growth operations or startup experience is strongly preferred
  • Prior experience and passion for working closely with clinicians and clinical leadership
  • Strong project management skills and a demonstrated ability to collaborate and drive results in cross-functional meetings and teams with minimal support
  • Fluent in using data to measure progress and impact on key metrics
  • Past experience using project management software, like Asana
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to innovate and creatively solve problems in a highly collaborative manner
  • Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize and balance priorities in a dynamic and constantly evolving work environment
  • Previous experience in people management preferred
  • Passion for mental health and changing the healthcare delivery landscape
