Lyra Health is looking for an Operations Implementation Lead to join our Blended Care Engagement Team, to aid in the implementation of community and engagement initiatives that impact our ever-growing and remote-working provider team. This role is ideal for an individual who is passionate about implementing provider-facing community and engagement initiatives that bring high impact and are influenced by the needs of our provider community. The individual in this role will own the responsibility of collaborating with a wide variety of stakeholders to achieve shared goals, and see their investments from ideation to implementation with precision and efficiency. This person possesses the ability to both zoom out and understand how their efforts align with the broader, strategic vision combined with an ability to dive into the operational details.
This role shares in the responsibility of creating a diverse and inclusive workplace that ultimately contributes to the overall retention of our providers. Ideally, this individual has a community engagement background, with experience implementing opportunities that are responsive to the specific needs of a community. Health tech experience is also a plus.
In your first year, you will…
- Utilize qualitative insight to inform and drive action planning for the team and key stakeholders
- Ensure alignment takes place with cross-functional partners when embarking on high-impact initiatives that drive overall provider retention.
- Lead day-to-day implementation of medium to large-scale operational initiatives of the Engagement Team with the end goal of positively impacting our Blended Care Clinicians and their overall Lyra experience.
- Identify the need for and implement process improvements and increase the efficiency of these workstreams for program growth and scalability.
- Invest in, and be an addition to, Lyra’s culture and “Ways of Working”.
Work Experience
- 8+ years of experience with strategic operations, combined with expertise in designing and building engagement initiatives for customers or employees.
- High-growth operations or startup experience is strongly preferred.
- Strong project management skills and a demonstrated ability to work successfully on cross-functional teams and facilitate cross-functional meetings with minimal support while driving results
- Fluent in Google Suite and project management software, like Asana. Experience with Jira, SalesForce, and Zendesk is also a plus, as well as the ability to utilize these tools to assess progress and impact on key metrics.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to innovate and creatively solve problems, with initiative and in a highly collaborative manner
- Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize and balance priorities in a dynamic and constantly evolving work environment
- Passion for mental health and changing the healthcare delivery landscape
Pay and Benefits
The anticipated annual base rate for this full-time position is $107,000-146,000k. The base rate is determined by role and level, and the base rate will depend on a number of job-related factors, including but not limited to your skills, qualifications, experience and location.
At Lyra, base salary is only one aspect of an employee’s total compensation package, which additionally may include discretionary restricted stock unit awards, comprehensive medical and dental coverage, and retirement benefits. This role may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses or commission payments.
