The Role
Lyra Health is looking for a Senior Operations Associate to help us build and scale our Blended Care Therapy program. Specifically, this role is focused on supporting a unique workforce – remote, full-time employee therapists. We’re looking for someone who is passionate about training and development, creating and refining reporting tools and processes, and supporting providers to drive a high quality onboarding experience at scale. This role will be a great fit if you enjoy creating and refining processes, leading trainings, engaging in cross-functional collaboration across multiple teams and stakeholders, and are energized by leveraging data, analytics and reporting to help drive data-driven decisions. You will succeed if you are highly communicative, data and detail oriented, collaborative, and excited to tackle tough, but impactful challenges.

In your first year you will…

  • Produce and refine spreadsheets / dashboards and own process documentation that allow the team to make data-driven decisions on improving training and the new provider experience 
  • Conduct detailed quantitative and qualitative analyses on barriers to growth and opportunities for supporting new providers 
  • Lead and ensure the smooth operations of our virtual trainings alongside teammates by presenting content/policies and related training prep
  • Identify and execute on opportunities to improve / scale current processes related to training and onboarding, coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders (eg. Clinical, HR, Recruiting, IT) and develop new processes, where appropriate
  • Build relationships with therapists to empower, encourage, and support their onboarding experience to set them up for success as new employees
  • Support strategic initiatives to ensure we hit our business goals
  • Serve as an integral teammate to build and grow our program

Work Experience

  • 5-8 years of experience in operations, training, and/or analytics in a fast-paced and/or startup environment strongly preferred
  • Skilled in / experience with data analysis, developing reporting tools in Google Sheets / Excel, and telling a clear story with data (Google Slides / Powerpoint) 
  • Prior experience using Tableau, SQL, and/or Salesforce, ideal 
  • Proven track record identifying, executing, and scaling complex processes
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills
  • Self-starter with the ability to balance priorities in a dynamic and evolving work environment 
  • Demonstrated ability to work successfully on cross-functional teams 
  • Ability to innovate and creatively solve problems in a highly collaborative manner 
  • Proven commitment and passion for Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging (DEIB) work and experience integrating a DEIB perspective into operational projects and strategic initiatives 
  • Passion for increasing access to mental health and changing the healthcare landscape
