About the Role
We are looking for an experienced mental health leader with a passion for clinical quality and supervision. You will support the growth of our Blended Care Therapy program (which combines live therapy sessions with evidence-based digital tools) by providing clinical and administrative supervision to Masters-level clinicians. This includes reviewing clinical cases and providing feedback as well as supporting providers in their case conceptualization and treatment planning. You will also assist with key quality improvement initiatives including ongoing clinical consultations, provider training and quality assurance reviews.

This position is fully remote.


Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical quality oversight and administrative supervision of 25-30 therapists in clinical practice
  • Provide ongoing mentoring and support to therapists
  • Provide ongoing feedback regarding therapists’ performance, including clinical quality, productivity, adherence to the Blended Care Therapy model, client feedback, and interpersonal effectiveness
  • Ensure care provided across their team of therapists is short-term, evidence-based, culturally responsive, and outcomes-driven
  • Lead ongoing clinical 1:1s and group consultations with therapists
  • Maintain a small personal caseload of clients
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • PhD or PsyD in clinical or counseling psychology or Master’s degree from a clinical track (e.g., MSW, MFT, MC, MMHC) from an accredited graduate program
  • Unrestricted license in any US state
  • For psychologists, completion of a supervised APA accredited internship
  • 5+ years postgraduate clinical experience
  • Prior experience with clinical supervision and education
  • Prior administrative management experience is a plus
  • Skilled in providing evidence-based treatments (e.g., CBT, DBT, exposure therapy for anxiety disorders)
  • Focus on brief, goal-focused psychotherapy using outcomes management
  • Comfort and demonstrated experience with technology tools used to create efficiencies in workflows and track progress
  • Passionate about mental health
  • Independent, open-minded, non-judgmental, compassionate, flexible, good humor
  • Excellent interpersonal skills (communication and listening)

Pay and Benefits

The anticipated annual base salary range for this full-time position is $114,000 – $140,000. The base range is determined by role and level, and placement within the range will depend on a number of job-related factors, including but not limited to your skills, qualifications, experience and location. 

At Lyra, base salary is only one aspect of an employee’s total compensation package, which additionally may include discretionary restricted stock unit awards, comprehensive medical and dental coverage, and retirement benefits. This role may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses or commission payments.
