The Role
Lyra Health is looking for a Senior Operations Manager to lead internal Operations of the Coaching growing Mental Health Coaching program. You will work in close partnership with Clinical and Coach Management leadership to scale the Mental Health Coach program. This role will be a great fit if you are energized by setting a strategic vision, improving internal operations to scale to support hundreds of coaches, driving cross-functional partnerships, and enabling efforts to engage coaches.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the growth strategy, P&L, and associated metrics for the Severe Care clinical programs
  • Manage ongoing day-to-day operations for coaching program
  • Partner closely with key cross-functional partners (e.g., clinical, product/design, data science, HR/Legal, product marketing) to execute on key components on the operational roadmap 
  • Closely monitor key program metrics, identifying and addressing operational risks and opportunities   

Experience

  • 10+ years of work experience, with a background in strategy and/or high growth operations; previous experience in healthcare a plus
  • Management experience to support individual team growth
  • Quantitative with a love of diving into numbers to identify insights
  • Demonstrated ability to work successfully on cross-functional teams
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skillsAbility to innovate and creatively solve problems in a highly collaborative manner
  • Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize and balance priorities in a dynamic and constantly evolving work environment
  • Passion for mental health and coaching
