Lyra offers an innovative phone, video, and text based coaching program called Blended Care Coaching, blending live phone or video sessions with between-session digital lessons and content. 

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Provide short term, evidence-based coaching sessions via video or phone
  • Assign digital lessons, videos, and assessments to your clients between sessions to enhance learning and monitor outcomes
  • Participate in peer-based quality assurance reviews to ensure high-quality outcomes in the program
  • Attend one-on-one and peer group consultation meetings
  • Attend ongoing training to enhance your coaching skills

Role Requirements:

  • Graduated from a comprehensive ACTP or ACSTH coaching program accredited by the ICF, or ICF-credentialed coach (ACC, PCC, MCC)
  • Completed a minimum of 100 coaching hours post graduation
  • Resides and works in the UK

  • You’re adept at learning and comfortable using tech tools
  • You’re comfortable taking a whole person approach and coaching around mental and emotional barriers, and helping clients move towards their version of success
  • You’re eager to join a rapidly growing business, and comfortable with processes that evolve quickly
  • You’re experienced in providing evidence-based coaching and excited to share your expertise with diverse individuals facing difficult life situations
  • You’re passionate about learning, growing, and collaborating with other coaches
  • You possess excellent interpersonal skills, and a willingness to receive feedback
