  • Responsible for informed decision-making by using data to identify trends; work with business leaders to determine the root cause of issues and develop practical solutions.
  • Effectively partner with the broader People functions, including Total Rewards, People Operations, and Talent Acquisition.
  • Understand and influence the Lyra Health Rewards Philosophy through proactive consultation with the client and partnership with the Total Rewards Team to drive a meritocracy.
  • Research market trends and best practices in leadership and organizational development to serve as a subject matter expert. Build and maintain relationships with external sources of expertise so that you can effectively coach and guide on important talent and organization challenges and opportunities.

  • 10+ years of experience as an HR leader, with a successful demonstration of leading People Partner/HRBP teams and managing organizational change with executives and broader groups.
  • Track record of advancing organizational strategy by creating strong talent practices aligned with business strategies.
  • Ability to execute firm-wide talent initiatives with excellence in a fast-paced, global environment; dedication to innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to use HR reporting & analytics in generating insights, communicating findings back to the business, and tracking and disseminating essential HR data, including familiarity with Workday and Lever, among other tools as a plus.
  • Advanced understanding and experience working through complex employee issues at the executive level.
  • Ability to own and drive flawless execution and impact across the employee lifecycle.
