We also know how critical it is to celebrate and support our differences. Employing a team rich in diverse thoughts, experiences and opinions enables our employees, our product and our community to flourish. We are dedicated to equal employment opportunities regardless of race, color, ancestry, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, disability, gender identity or Veteran status.

You will lead cross-functional projects designed to improve Blended Care Therapy’s operational efficiency and therapist experience. Ideally, you have worked closely with clinical partners in a healthcare setting

In your first year, you will…

  • Lead day-to-day implementation efforts of program-wide product and policy changes that impact Blended Care clinicians or clients
  • Build the right resources, information, and processes to enable successful implementations across different audiences (e.g., training, playbooks, documentation, FAQs, etc)
  • Develop feedback pathways between different stakeholders to incorporate clinician / stakeholder feedback into programmatic changes
  • Serve as an all-around team player to build and grow the Blended Care program

Work Experience

  • 8+ years of experience with clinical or product operations or change management within healthcare and/or digital health; high-growth operations or startup experience strongly preferred.
  • Prior experience and passion for working closely with clinicians and clinical leadership
  • Strong project management skills and a demonstrated ability to work successfully on cross-functional teams and facilitate cross-functional team meetings with minimal support and driving results
  • Comfortable using data to measure progress and impact on key metrics
  • Past experience using project management software, like Asana
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to innovate and creatively solve problems in a highly collaborative manner
  • Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize and balance priorities in a dynamic and constantly evolving work environment
  • Previous experience in people management preferred
  • Passion for mental health and changing the healthcare delivery landscape
