About the Role 
Lyra is looking for a Manager of Operations to drive the growth and success of our rapidly growing Client Services and Care Navigation teams. This person will work closely with the team’s operational and clinical leadership to drive strategic expansion into new program areas while ensuring successful scaling of the team. The ideal candidate is a data-driven problem solver with strong analytical and project management skills. 


  • Partner with leadership on strategic expansion into new program areas to support Lyra’s growing member base
  • Partner with cross-functional leaders across product, sales, and marketing to optimize member experience and accessibility of Care Navigation team 
  • Drive high-priority operational initiatives that aim to improve the Lyra member experience 
  • Own the planning, management and execution of key strategic projects 
  • Partner with Operations team to identify and track KPIs, and report out on team performance and program health
  • Facilitate internal initiatives to build a best-in-class client services organization 
  • Manage operations team members with a focus on growing and up-skilling talent 
  • Communicate team strategy and program health updates to Lyra’s leadership teams


  • 5+ years experience within management consulting, digital health operations, or related experiences; healthcare experience a plus
  • Highly organized self-starter; able to multitask and be efficient in ambiguous situations
  • Strong project management skills and a demonstrated ability to work successfully on cross-functional teams 
  • Ability to distill and communicate complex ideas clearly across different audiences 
  • Quantitative analytical skills (SQL, Excel/Google Sheets)  
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Zendesk, Jira, and Confluence platforms 
  • Passion for expanding access to quality mental health care

This role will be based remotely, with periodic travel to Lyra’s headquarters in Burlingame, CA.
