About the Role
Lyra Health is looking for an Operations Lead to help us scale our Blended Care Medication Management business. Specifically, this role is focused on designing and implementing a new-hire onboarding program for new Lyra physicians. This role will be a great fit if you are energized by managing complex programs involving multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced work environment.  You will succeed if you are strategic, collaborative, outcomes-focused, highly organized, and willing to roll up your sleeves and get your hands dirty.

In your first year, you will…

  • Evaluate our existing onboarding program, identify areas for improvement, and implement a revised approach 
  • Manage the onboarding for 50+ physicians (hired in cohorts of ~10 at regular intervals through the year)
  • Set up systems and processes to make onboarding a scalable, repeatable process Implement measurement and feedback loops to evaluate the performance of our onboarding program
  • Grow a small team of onboarding specialists 
  • Play an integral team role in preparing physicians for their work with Lyra and continuing to make Blended Care Medication Management a top-choice for behavioral health-focused physicians

Work Experience

  • 8+ years of experience leading operational initiatives and/or training programs in a fast-paced and/or startup environment strongly preferred
  • Strong project management skills and a demonstrated ability to work successfully on cross-functional teams 
  • Exceptional people skills, with prior experience managing individual relationships and influencing without authority strongly preferred
  • Ability to innovate and creatively solve problems in a highly collaborative manner
  • Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize and balance priorities in a dynamic and constantly evolving work environment
  • Proven commitment and passion for Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging (DEIB) and experience integrating a DEIB perspective into operational projects and strategic initiatives
  • Passion for mental health and changing the healthcare landscape
