About this Role
Lyra is looking for a Provider Success Associate who is interested in working for a mission-driven, fast-growing healthcare company.
The Provider Success Associate will support new Lyra providers with getting onboarded and up to speed on all aspects of the Lyra provider life cycle, ensuring them to be successful members of our growing provider network. The Provider Success Associate will respond to queries from Lyra providers and provide general support with policy questions, administrative information updates, coordinating with clinical care, and helping with any technical issues. The Provider Success Associate will be responsible for managing our provider network information records. 


  • Assist providers with onboarding, general inquiries, administrative information updates, and policy questions
  • Manage our provider information records and update any inaccurate provider profile information
  • Work with other cross-functional teams on improving existing workflows and implementing new processes
  • Collaborate with technical teams to identify bugs and improve the provider experience
  • Identify and escalate clinical quality instances and work with the Clinical Quality team on educating providers on our policies  
  • Contribute to Lyra’s robust knowledge base and assist with developing Provider Success protocol documents
  • Collaborate with other cross-functional teams on projects to improve provider engagement
  • Serve as a liaison between the Provider Success team and the Care delivery teams to keep members updated on the status of the providers in our network


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years provider relations and/or operations experience in a clinic, outpatient practice or inpatient setting
  • Experience with Zendesk, Salesforce, and/or Jira is a plus
  • Exceptional writing skills with the ability to concisely communicate technical information
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Planning, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills to anticipate, avert, or resolve issues in staffing, scheduling and task allocation
  • Excellent communication skills-both verbal and written, with an emphasis on quickly gaining trust by being patient and clear when communicating with providers
  • Passionate about improving mental health care and excited by our mission of leveraging technology to scale access to evidence-based therapies
  • Ability to innovate and creatively solve problems in a highly collaborative manner
  • Strong project management skills and a demonstrated ability to work successfully on cross-functional teams
  • Prior experience working in a technology environment is a plus
