About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Recruiting Coordinator to ensure every candidate receives a stellar interviewing experience. You will be responsible for scheduling candidate interviews and guiding candidates throughout their hiring journey. You will work closely with the hiring teams to develop a calibrated interviewer list and establish standards in the interviewing process.


  • Build an interview coordination process for Lyra candidates and work closely with the hiring team to design a stellar candidate experience
  • Guide candidates through their upcoming interviews
  • Help track a candidate’s interview progress from initial contact through the offer stage
  • Strategize on administrative tools to make sure the recruiting process is effective for the hiring team and candidates


  • 1+ years of recruiting coordination experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Proficiency in Lever ATS coordination highly preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail
  • Experience in advocating for candidates
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an appropriate blend of professionalism and friendliness
  • A collaborative attitude to working in a cross-functional and fluid environment
  • A “roll-up-your-sleeves” mentality to be successful in a startup
  • A mission-driven mindset to help Lyra in transforming behavioral health care through technology with a human touch
