About the Role
We are looking for a Recruiting Operations and Analytics Leader who is data-driven in developing and driving scalable recruiting processes. As a key member of the Recruiting Leadership team, you will work in a cross-functional environment to deliver on high priority projects that lead to operational efficiency and recruiter enablement.


  • Lead the Recruiting Coordination Team
  • Develop Lyra’s recruiting operations and analytics program with regular reporting on sourcing, interviewing activity, tracking towards quarterly hiring goals, and candidate experience.
  • Help manage and scale our recruiting systems and tools to maximize workflow efficiency, while enhancing the candidate and internal stakeholder experience.
  • Manage vendor relationships and identify recruiting solutions that make the hiring process more efficient.
  • Cross functional collaboration with People Operations, Finance and Recruiting Teams


  • 8+ years of recruiting experience focusing on operations and analytics
  • Ideal candidate will have experience scaling and thriving in a startup environment
  • Proficiency with ATS, HRIS, Headcount Management and Recruiting System integrations
  • Proven track record of delivering data-driven insights and translating those into process improvement recommendations
  • Experience partnering with leadership on recruiting programs strategy and hiring initiatives

This role can be in Burlingame, CA or remote.
