About the Role 
Lyra is looking for a Senior Associate to join our Growth + Corporate Development team to help us build and scale new offerings, assess potential partnership opportunities, and lead cross-functional strategic projects. The ideal candidate is a structured problem solver who can take an ambiguous growth challenge, use data and analytics to articulate strategic tradeoffs, and work cross-functionally to support implementation.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop + execute analysis in support of strategic planning, partnerships and corporate development
  • Develop business cases for new services and products, working with our Clinical, Go-To-Market, Product, Finance, and Legal teams
  • Lead cross-functional teams to pilot and launch new partnerships and initiatives
  • Lead end-to-end due diligence process, including conducting market analysis, reviewing operational and financial data, synthesizing insights and developing recommendations
  • Represent Lyra in partnership discussions with external partners
  • Interface with operations teams to investigate and address opportunities to improve efficiency

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of top-tier management consulting or digital health operations experience; healthcare experience a plus
  • Highly organized self-starter capable of operating with minimal direction and applying structure to ambiguous situations
  • Excellent analytical skills, including proficiency with MS Excel/SQL and extensive modeling experience
  • Excellent project management skills and demonstrated ability to drive effective cross-functional partnerships
  • Ability to distill and communicate complex ideas clearly across different audiences
  • Comfort with ambiguity and rapidly changing priorities 
  • Passion for expanding access to quality mental health care

This role will be based remotely, with periodic travel to Lyra’s headquarters in Burlingame, CA.
