About the Role
The Lyra Finance Team is looking for an experienced GTM FP&A senior manager to join our growing Finance team, reporting to the head of FP&A. The position will be responsible for building strong finance partnerships with the GTM leadership team.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a the main FP&A business partner to the Go-To-Market function
  • Own the financial reporting cycle for the Go-To-Market function, including monthly, quarterly, and annual FP&A process, provide management reporting, variance analysis, forecasting and scenario analysis
  • Analyze the cost structure and help drive more efficient and effective spend (headcount and non-headcount), in partnership with Go-To-Market leadership
  • Drive better reporting and analytics for current marketing spend and help leadership team adopt key metrics to analyze spend
  • Analyze customer acquisitions costs and return on investment across GTM departments
  • Other projects may include: Commissions / Variable Comp and other sales related analysis, LTV / CAC analysis, Deal Desk (support, not ownership), Assist with Pricing and Packaging, Corporate initiatives and reporting

Qualifications

  • 10+ years total FP&A experience supporting GTM organization or similar experience working in sales ops
  • Experience analyzing marketing spend and calculating return on marketing spend for healthcare and/or SaaS companies highly desirable 
  • Proven ability to evaluate and solve complex problems and understand the strategic implications of business decisions
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, able to establish strong rapport and partnerships at all levels of the organization 
  • Managerial experience
  • Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

This role is in Burlingame, CA or remote.
