Lyra Health is looking for a Senior Product Operations Manager to help scale the efficiency and effectiveness of our Product team. Reporting to Lyra’s VP of Product, you will interact closely across product management, design, engineering, business leaders, and other stakeholders to help us define and optimize best practice processes; monitor and ensure consistent adoption of those processes; define and measure team productivity metrics; improve the way we communicate, collaborate, and make decisions; and ultimately scale the way in which Lyra delivers its services.


  • Develop and lead all aspects of product operations to drive operational excellence at Lyra
  • Own our product management processes, paying attention to our practices and tools, identifying bottlenecks, ensuring we are constantly improving our craft; collaborate cross-functionally to improve our product development processes as a whole
  • Ensure that roadmap information and project status is available, up to date, and communicated throughout the organization
  • Supervise the development and tracking of key productivity metrics across the Product organization
  • Ensure optimal collaboration and Product execution with all key stakeholders, which will require extensive communication with key stakeholders, product leads, and senior leadership
  • Research and present business cases for tools needed to improve current or new Product team processes
  • Own and/or contribute to projects that span groups and require program management to solve team operational challenges or drive efficiencies
  • Refine and manage our Product team onboarding and training programs to accelerate new hire path to productivity and organization connectivity
  • Manage team planning and budget cycles; assist team leadership in ongoing spend management


  • 8+ years of experience in product operations and product management
  • Demonstrated experience defining and optimizing scalable product development processes that enable teams to work effectively and efficiently, and driving consistent, high quality adoption of those processes
  • Expertise with product management best practices and processes; strong knowledge of the entire product development lifecycle
  • Ability to inspire and motivate team members to adopt processes and other frameworks that deliver value
  • Cross-functional experience at high-growth companies that operate in an agile, collaborative, and fast-paced manner
  • Solid knowledge and expertise in using different product development processes and tools, such as Productboard, Asana, Confluence, Jira, Mixpanel, and Trello
  • Strong accountability, attention to detail, and an execution-oriented mindset
  • Ability to clearly express ideas, thoughts, and concepts in writing and orally
  • BA, BS, or commensurate experience required
  • A passion for delivering upon Lyra’s mission
