About the Role
Lyra Health is looking for a Sr. International, Alliances and Channel Enablement Specialist, to join our GTM Enablement team. You will partner with teams across the company so that our GTM team can work most effectively with our internal and external customers so they feel supported and delighted after every interaction, such that they choose Lyra and then renew with Lyra each year. 

You will help us scale our Enablement function and will focus specifically on embedding our International Enablement strategy across GTM and supporting our Alliances and Channel teams. You should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and resourceful. You are a great candidate for this role if you find fulfillment in helping others succeed. You will support a growing team of GTM professionals to do the best work of their career. You’ll onboard new International, Alliances and Channel teammates and up-level our existing team, streamline processes, administer communications, and manage enablement content and productivity tools. You’ll have a huge impact on our ability to deliver value to our customers and members.

Responsibilities

  • Creating, executing, and maintaining robust International, Alliances and Channel Enablement programs including onboarding, ramping, and ongoing professional development as aligns with overall GTM Enablement strategy
  • Designing and leading large scale Enablement-owned GTM meetings to further enablement of GTM teams across your focus areas of International, Alliances and Channel
  • Establish strong relationships with senior leadership to act as business partner to our International, Alliances and Channel teams
  • Defining and measuring key learning milestones, creating and tracking assessments and certifications for all relevant Enablement programs to determine measurable outcomes and make strategic pivots to continually improve
  • Collaborating internally with teams such as Marketing, Customer Success, Sales, Analytics, Product, Clinical, Legal, and others to effectively enable the GTM team on how to up-level
  • Working with the GTM Enablement team and SMEs to create and deliver online and offline training and enablement content including live facilitation for the GTM team
  • Design coaching and mentoring programs for newGTM teammates and leaders as aligned with GTM Enablement Strategy
  • Establishing project plans, deliverables, and timelines for execution of International, Alliances and Channel Enablement activities and events
  • Assist with coordination cross-functional team building and large-scale learning experiences and activities for rapid growth such as Annual Kickoff and Team Summits

Experience

  •  3+ years of experience in Enablement, Global, Alliances or Channel role, ideally in the area of HR / Benefits / Healthcare with employers or other large groups
  • Willingness to learn key systems including Gainsight, Asana, Salesforce, Confluence, Jira, and WorkRamp LMS
  • Passion for mental health and changing the healthcare landscape
  • Excellent communication skills—both verbal and writtenAbility to innovate and creatively solve problems in a highly collaborative manner
  • Strong project management skills and a demonstrated ability to work successfully on cross-functional teams
  • Ability to prioritize and balance multiple initiatives
  • Discernment and empathy for internal stakeholders’ pain points and needs, and an ability to translate those needs into concrete requirements
  • Strong interest in and willingness to learn and stay current with the latest Enablement trends
  • Ability to work both independently and be a strong partner to the Enablement team
