About the Role
The Business Operations team works cross-functionally to enable and support the growth of the company. The Tableau Developer role is for someone who is passionate about telling stories with data, building critical visualizations and scaling a startup business. The ideal candidate will have strong technical and analytical skills, in addition to strong interpersonal and communication skills. We are seeking a self-starter that can wear multiple hats while juggling a variety of projects. This position is ideal for professionals seeking Tableau developer experience at a tech startup experiencing rapid growth. 

Responsibilities:

  • Work with large data sets pulled from various systems and databases. Independently ascertain how to query and QA data to drive insights on our product offerings and performance, as well as ensure data quality and accuracy
  • Build operational dashboards to monitor product line performance, analyze key business drivers, and assess new product launches  
  • Draw actionable insights and create clear presentations to convey information to internal and external stakeholders 
  • Create clear documentation and training materials for key stakeholders
  • Review and improve existing processes and systems and collaborate with other teams to implement new systems.
  • Be a key business partner to other teams and lead analytical efforts to identify external-facing product insights and drive cross-functional resolutions to operational issues 

Qualifications:

  •  Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Computer Science, Finance, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or other Business related field. 
  • 3+ years of experience with Tableau development
  • Experience working in the Healthcare industry or with PHI/PII data
  • Advanced proficiency with SQL & Snowflake
  • Data-driven and detail-oriented. 
  • Comfortable working with various data sources and aggregating data to build in Tableau 
  • Experience with Python, Salesforce and RingCentral is a plus
  • Highly self-motivated and willing to work cross functionally in a fast-paced and fast-growing environment 
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly present insights and updates to dashboards
