Investing in Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Employee Well-being
Learn from leaders at Google and Asurion the strategies they’re using to foster diversity, equity and inclusion and how you can apply them to your own organization.
While many leading employers have invested in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) initiatives in the past, the current moment calls for employers to take even more progressive action in supporting BIPOC employees, furthering anti-racism education, and promoting a truly inclusive workplace.
Join Sherice Torres, Global Director of Inclusion at Google, Nikki Smith-Bartley, Chief Diversity & Talent Strategy Officer at Asurion, and Dr. Andrea Holman, an African American psychologist and DE&I consultant, to hear their perspectives on what it means to cultivate a diverse and inclusive workplace and support the mental health and well-being of BIPOC employees.
In this 60-minute panel discussion, you’ll learn:
- How Google and Asurion have invested in DE&I historically and in light of recent events
- What employers should consider for evaluating and expanding their DE&I efforts
- Why DE&I matters for overall employee well-being, retention, and workforce strategy
