Awarded to a company in their first year with Lyra that shows exceptional promise and commitment to bringing mental health care to their employees.

Campaign of the Year

Awarded to a company recognized for its creativity and effectiveness in driving mental health awareness through a campaign that truly engages and inspires employees.

Innovator of the Year

Awarded to a leader who has demonstrated a willingness to push limits and think boldly about the future of workforce mental health.

Nomination requirements

  1. Award winners must attend the awards ceremony in person at Breakthrough.
  2. Previous award winners are not eligible to win in the same category.
  3. Award winners will be publicly announced and shared on external channels.

Scoring rubric

Submissions are assessed by a judging committee of industry experts and Lyra executives using the following rubric:

The team or person has succeeded in:

  • Driving a strong culture of mental wellness within their own company and, ideally, in their broader industry
  • Encouraging and inspiring others to be champions of workforce mental health, especially employees outside of the benefits team
  • Using their influence and credibility to improve access to and utilization of mental health care programs
