Nomination
requirements
- Award winners must attend the awards ceremony in person at Breakthrough.
- Previous award winners are not eligible to win in the same category.
- Award winners will be publicly announced and shared on external channels.
Scoring rubric
Submissions are assessed by a judging committee of industry experts and Lyra executives using the following rubric:
The team or person has succeeded in:
- Driving a strong culture of mental wellness within their own company and, ideally, in their broader industry
- Encouraging and inspiring others to be champions of workforce mental health, especially employees outside of the benefits team
- Using their influence and credibility to improve access to and utilization of mental health care programs
