What is Breakthrough?

Breakthrough is Lyra’s annual mental health conference. During this two-day virtual and in-person event, you’ll hear from diverse experts in our community—from thought leaders and executives to benefits professionals and mental health providers. Together, we’ll share and learn best practices in promoting workforce mental well-being worldwide.

Is there a ticket cost to attend the conference?

Breakthrough is free to attend! Please note that travel and accommodations are not included.

Will the same content be available in person and virtually?

Keynote sessions will be available to both virtual and in-person attendees. Those attending in person will also have access to the full agenda of breakout sessions, workshops, and activities.

Where is Breakthrough hosted?

Breakthrough will be held at 1440 Multiversity, a 75-acre luxury retreat in the Santa Cruz mountains. Learn more about the venue here.

How do I register for the in-person conference?

You can request a ticket for the Breakthrough in-person conference here.

I submitted a request to attend in person. When will I hear back?

Once you’ve completed and submitted the registration form, please allow 2-3 business days for our team to get back to you. If it has been longer than 3 business days, please reach out to [email protected].

What is included in my in-person Breakthrough pass?

Your conference pass includes access to all keynote and breakout sessions. It includes all meals, coffee, water, and snacks throughout the event. Travel and hotel are not included.

Are there transportation options to and from the event venue?

Transportation will be provided to and from SJC & SFO on 4/29 and 5/2.

What is the Lyra customer awards program?

This year, we’ll host our third annual customer awards program, recognizing companies and individuals who are strong champions of mental health. The Lyra Workforce Mental Health Awards will be hosted in person at Breakthrough 2024.

Where should I stay?

There are several hotels we recommend near 1440 Multiversity. Reservations are made on a first-come, first-served basis so please book early to secure your spot. Note that rooms at 1440 Multiversity are currently sold out.

Who should attend Breakthrough in person?

This Lyra-hosted conference is for the Lyra customer community. Content will be geared toward HR and benefits leaders.

When should I arrive?

Plan to arrive on Monday, April 29 to pick up your badge. Breakthrough begins at 8 a.m. on April 30.

What do I wear?

Business casual is appropriate for all conference activities, including evening events.

I have food allergies, how can I request special food options?

Meals during the event will include dairy-free, gluten-free, vegan, and vegetarian options. All food items will be labeled appropriately. We will do our best to accommodate other dietary needs as well.

Will Breakthrough be recorded? When are recordings available?

How do I register for the virtual conference?

Virtual attendees will have access to select Breakthrough keynote sessions. Review the agenda here.

How do I log in the day of the event?

When you register for Breakthrough Virtual, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a link—hold on to it! On the day of the event, use the link from your confirmation email to log in.
