A women’s health expert, Dr. Judith is a board member of “Let’s Talk Menopause” and the chair of women in medicine at Columbia University’s Vagelos College of Physicians and Surgeons. An assistant professor in psychiatry at NYU Grossman School of Medicine, she teaches doctors how to use social media to educate the public about health issues and counter medical misinformation. A TikTok discovery list top 50 creator, she has over 1.3 million followers across platforms, and receives over 15 million views monthly.

Amanta Mazumdar serves as the Vice President of Total Rewards at Hilton, a global hospitality company. In his role, Amanta has focused on building a competitive and innovative Total Rewards function that aligns to business objectives, while contributing to Hilton's differentiated employee value proposition, Thrive@Hilton. Prior to this current role, Amanta spent over a decade in consulting at Deloitte and McKinsey, where he was part of several large-scale operational transformations and M&A acquisitions across the retail, travel, health care, and defense industries. Amanta holds a bachelor's degree in engineering from the University of Illinois, Urbana Champaign; a master’s degree in management science from Stanford University; and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management.

John Senay is the Manager of Benefits, Wellness, and Leaves at Holman, a global leader in automotive services with more than 9,000 employees. In his role, he has a panoramic view of the employee health and well-being cycle, from prevention and care through recovery. Leveraging this perspective, he translates complex health care data into clear, actionable strategies that align with business objectives and provide real value to the individuals who utilize them. This approach ensures benefit decisions are built to support both individual and overall workforce needs, prioritize flexibility, and adapt to the evolving health care landscape, ultimately leading to meaningful and sustainable outcomes.

Erin Schad is the Wellness Program Manager at Kohler Co., where she oversees the U.S. Well-being Program. In support of the company’s well-being strategy, she plans and implements annual wellness events nationwide, manages U.S. mental health benefits, and collaborates with various departments across the organization. Recently, Erin launched the Kohler Recreation Program in Kohler, WI, which creates opportunities for associates and their families to build meaningful connections through inclusive and fun activities.

Erin has over 18 years of experience in wellness and began her career as a certified Wellness Coach, later working as a Wellness Coordinator and Account Manager on various programs and accounts. She is an active member of three different committees and coalitions within Sheboygan County that focus on overall mental health, youth mental health, and well-being.

Outside of work, Erin enjoys playing tennis, reading, and spending time with her spouse and two children, and her family's love for travel and new experiences inspires them to always seek challenges. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Community Health Education from the University of Wisconsin–La Crosse, along with numerous wellness and mental health certifications.

Dustin is the Sr. Director of Americas Benefits at ServiceNow. Along with his team, they are responsible for designing and delivering benefit plans and programs to 15,000+ employees and their families, across 5 countries. ServiceNow is the third employer where Dustin has worked with Lyra Health.

Before ServiceNow, Dustin held roles of increasing responsibility in HR and benefits at Twilio, eBay, and Yahoo!. He started his career in account management at Aetna.

Outside of work, his tongue-in-cheek fun fact is that he loves to play golf. In addition, he has a mild obsession with Formula 1, and fluctuates between an ISTJ and ESTJ on the MBTI.

Kristin Duquaine is the Executive Director of Employee Health and Well-being at AdventHealth, where she draws on over 32 years in the health care industry to lead strategic initiatives focused on employee health, well-being, and safety. Her passion for creating strategies and solutions that enhance whole-person health and well-being has led efforts for the development and delivery of innovative mental health programs.

Kristin is a licensed registered nurse and holds a dual master’s degree in nursing and health care administration. She is also certified as a Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES) and as a Certified Diversity Professional (CDP).

In her spare time, Kristin enjoys working in her garden and running with her five dogs.

The Senior Director of Global Benefits & Well-being at Unity Technologies, Andrea Hausel prides herself on creating environments where individuals are not only supported in their mental health journey, but empowered to thrive professionally. A champion of using a population health approach to foster well-being in the workplace, she believes employees are best supported through a combination of both benefit design and workplace culture.

Andrea’s experience spans two decades. As a registered dietitian with a Master's in Public Health, she brings a science-backed perspective to corporate well-being. This was particularly evident during her six years at Stanford University and Stanford Health Care, where she oversaw well-being and benefits programs for Stanford’s medical foundation. While there, she collaborated with faculty researchers to investigate the critical link between lifestyle factors and well-being, centering her own research on the impact of nutrition on sleep patterns, as well as on workplace predictors of burnout and professional fulfillment. This work culminated in a co-authored research paper and presentations at global conferences.

Andrea joined Unity in 2021. There, she and her global team make it their mission to design and implement systems that empower individuals to lead healthier, more fulfilling lives, both in and out of the workplace.

Outside of her professional pursuits, Andrea recharges by connecting with her family. She and her teenage daughter enjoy activities focused on music—whether it’s dancing, going to concerts, or taking an unplanned drive while listening to their favorite playlists. Andrea is also an active member of her local National Charity League, a mother/daughter philanthropic organization

Rahab Hammad is the Director of Global Benefits at Pinterest, where she leads benefits strategy with a deep focus on emotional well-being and supporting employees through every stage of life. With over 15 years of experience, including senior benefits leadership roles at high-growth companies like Snap, Rahab has designed people-first programs that reflect company values, strengthen culture, and help employees feel genuinely supported—at work and beyond. She believes benefits are one of the most meaningful ways organizations can invest in the long-term well-being of their people.

Kelly is a strategic and innovative Total Rewards leader with extensive experience in executive compensation, broad-based compensation, benefits, wellness, and retirement. With a proven track record of partnering with leadership teams to drive business growth, improve performance, and enhance employee engagement, Kelly has held senior leadership roles at companies like Tupperware Brands, MGM Resorts International, Honeywell International, and BHP Billiton. She is known for her ability to design and implement creative reward solutions that align with business objectives.

Kelly holds an MBA from the University of Oklahoma and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Oklahoma State University.

Kate leads the design and development of total rewards strategy at Cummins Inc., a global leader in power solutions with nearly 70,000 employees worldwide. With more than two decades of experience shaping how organizations invest in their people, she brings deep expertise in total rewards, employee benefits, wellness, and human resources.

Prior to her current role, Kate led global health and wellness at Cummins, where she built a long-term strategy designed to support the whole health of employees and their families. Before joining the company in 2020, she spent over 20 years building expertise in benefits, human resources, and total rewards roles in the automotive and manufacturing industries.

Kate holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Central Michigan University.

Tara Kousha is the Chief Well-being Officer at the Catalight Foundation, one of the largest providers of behavioral care and services for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. She began her career at Google, where she focused on supporting education and equity programs for ministries of education, school systems, and top research institutions worldwide.

Tara has a proven track record of scaling human-centered programs and designing and managing large scale organizational change. She is passionate about low-waste living, financial health for all humans, and the intersection of technology and social justice.

Tara identifies as a cisgender woman of color and uses the pronouns she/her/hers.

Karina Lee, the Director of Benefits at Gilead Sciences, has more than 15 years of experience leading benefits strategies across both technology and life sciences organizations. Passionate about using benefits to enhance resilience, productivity, and sustainable workforce outcomes, she brings a strategic, employee-centric approach to benefits design, with a focus on improving access, reducing complexity, and supporting employees through all stages of life.

At AT&T, Ben leads a team of high-performing experts responsible for the design and delivery of retirement, health & welfare, and international benefits for over 800,000 employees, retirees, and their families.

Ben joined AT&T over 15 years ago and has held leadership positions in a variety of roles across compensation, benefits, policy, and technology & analytics. Prior to joining AT&T, he was a consultant at Deloitte driving results in the areas of total rewards strategy & operations and M&A, with a focus on the defense industry and telecommunications.

Ben holds a bachelor’s degree in management information systems from the University of Georgia. He lives in Dallas, TX with his wife Sarah and their three sons. He is actively involved with the Boys and Girls Club of Greater Dallas where he has served on the board of directors since 2016. He’s also on the board of directors for the ERISA Industry Committee (ERIC), which lobbies for large employers providing health, retirement, and compensation benefits to their nationwide workforce.

Megan Bourque is the Senior Vice President, Head of Benefits at Fidelity Investments. In this role, Megan leads a team dedicated to defining—and continually reimagining—a competitive benefits strategy that meets the evolving needs of Fidelity’s associates and their loved ones. She oversees the strategy, execution, and governance of a comprehensive portfolio that includes over 50 benefits across health & welfare, retirement, financial, and work life. Megan joined Fidelity in 2018 as a Vice President in Workplace Consulting and held prior benefits leadership roles at CVS Health and Aon Hewitt.

Megan holds a BA in government and bioethics from the University of Virginia and lives in Needham, Massachusetts with her husband and their four children.

Richard Mayes is the Managing Director of Employee Benefits and Wellness at United Airlines, where he oversees retirement, health, and wellness plans for more than 300,000 active and retired participants. His team manages a comprehensive portfolio of benefit programs across the U.S., Guam, and international locations, with a strong emphasis on population health and equitable access to quality care. In addition to traditional retirement and health plans, the team oversees unique benefits negotiated with various labor groups, as well as benefit analytics and finance functions.

Before joining United, Richard held leadership roles focused on HR technology implementation and operations, spanning benefits, HRIS, payroll, and talent management. His experience also includes actuarial consulting, advertising, and HR consulting.

Richard holds a B.S. in Actuarial Science from the University of Illinois and a master’s degree from DePaul University. He earned his SPHR certification in 2004. A Chicago native, he is married with two daughters.

Amelia Subryan is the Senior Manager of Health and Well-being at lululemon, where she leads initiatives that integrate mental health into workplace culture and employee experience. A practicing Mental Health Clinician with a background in clinical psychology, Amelia brings a unique blend of clinical expertise and organizational strategy to her work.

Prior to joining lululemon, Amelia worked at the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health, where she supported individuals navigating complex mental health challenges. She also honed her expertise in workplace mental health through her work with leaves and accommodations, and her collaboration with the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board, which helped bridge the gap between psychological care and workplace systems.

At lululemon, Amelia is building and scaling a comprehensive mental health program that supports employees across the organization. Her work includes designing and launching internal mental health training for all employees, and leading the company’s Leaves and Accommodations Program.

Amelia is passionate about translating clinical knowledge into practical workplace solutions that reduce stigma, support recovery, and empower organizations to create psychologically healthy environments.

Jessica Anderson is a Benefits Manager at Roseburg Forest Products, a leading wood products manufacturer guided by its mission of “making lives better from the ground up.” Jessica brings that mission to life by designing programs that support the whole person and strengthen the foundation of the entire workforce. With 15 years of experience in HR and benefits leadership, Jessica leads comprehensive wellness initiatives that address physical and mental well-being, develops financial education programs that prepare employees for long-term success, and creates clear, practical communication campaigns that empower informed decision-making around health and retirement benefits. Jessica is committed to helping leaders recognize that investing in employee well-being is both the right thing to do and a strategic business decision.

Outside of work, Jessica enjoys attending yacht rock and cover band concerts, as well as caring for one lovable—but very stubborn—bulldog, four fluffy chickens, and eight runner ducks.

Dr. Davidson is a licensed clinical psychologist responsible for leading the Neurobehavioral Health Service Line at Lyra. Within this role, she brings her expertise to programs that support objective assessments, clinical support, and preventative interventions for complex functional health needs, including neurodiverse conditions and workplace functioning. Prior to Lyra, Dr. Davidson spent her career supporting clinical program development and training clinicians in evidence-based care at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs.

Jennifer Schulz is the CEO of Lyra Health, the leading provider of mental health benefits for employers. She joined in 2025 from Experian, where she was CEO of North America. During her 11-year tenure at Experian, she held many leadership positions including overseeing Experian Health and serving as the global lead for Women in Experian. She sits on the Board of Directors of Bright Horizons. Jennifer has an MBA from the University of Michigan and a BA in Journalism from the University of Wisconsin.

Sean helped start Lyra Health in 2015 and leads Lyra’s work with global employers. Prior to Lyra, Sean worked at Castlight Health, The White House's National Economic Council, and the Brookings Institution's Health Care Reform Centers. He earned a bachelor's degree in economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, a Master in Public Policy from the Harvard Kennedy School, and a Master in Business Administration from the Harvard Business School. Sean is the proud father of his daughters Ophelia and Matilda, along with dog Rupert, and parrots Puck and Niklaus.

Jenny leads technology and innovation at Lyra. An early leader in AI in mental health care, she excels at using technology to build highly scalable and innovative products in close partnership with clinical teams. Prior to Lyra, Jenny spent over 16 years building large-scale CRM platforms. She holds a CS degree from the University of Toronto and has been recognized globally among the Top Women in HealthTech and on Girl Geek X’s list of Female CTOs to Watch multiple years in a row.

Monika leads strategy and partnerships at Lyra to expand access to high-quality mental health care across the country. A double board-certified child, adolescent, and adult psychiatrist, she completed her residency and fellowship at the University of Minnesota. Before joining Lyra through its acquisition of Bend Health, the pediatric and family mental health company she co-founded and scaled, Monika held leadership roles at Teladoc, Sanvello, CogCubed, and Psych Hub.

Suzanne leads the network strategy, clinical operations, and care navigation teams at Lyra. Prior to joining Lyra in 2019, she was a consultant with Monitor Group and Deloitte Consulting, specializing in growth strategy. Suzanne holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in Chemistry and History from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where she was a Morehead-Cain Scholar.

Alethea leads clinical strategy, quality, and care delivery across Lyra’s clinical services, and has been with the company since 2021. A licensed clinical psychologist, she brings more than 20 years of experience in mental health and clinical operations, with a focus on health care innovation and program development. She received her bachelor’s degree from Dartmouth College and doctoral degree in clinical psychology from the University of Nevada, Reno.

Susan Wyatt, MPH, is a recognized leader with a passion for public health and creating systems that help people lead physically and mentally healthy lives. Susan currently leads the global Customer Success team at Lyra Health, overseeing relationships and building trust with partner companies, and serves as a company spokeswoman. Her public health background and deep benefit business partnership experience includes roles as a senior benefits business partner at Target and as a population health consultant at UnitedHealth Group. Susan lives in Minneapolis, MN with her dog Neville and recently saw her childhood dream come true when her face was carved into a butter sculpture.

Lara Gossman is Vice President of Customer Success at Lyra Health, where she partners with organizations to transform their workforce mental health strategies. With nearly five years of leadership at Lyra and over a decade of experience in public health, value-based care, and benefits navigation, Lara understands the complexities HR leaders face in delivering high-quality care. She is a dedicated advocate for the "Voice of the Customer," working tirelessly to ensure Lyra’s clinical innovation translates into tangible outcomes for employers and their people. Prior to Lyra, Lara led customer experience teams at benefits navigation and health plan administration organizations, giving her a holistic view of the health care landscape.

Jessica Edwards is the Sr. Director of Lyra Care Coaching at Lyra Health, where she oversees the development and consistent delivery of mental health coaching for both domestic and global clients. Jessica has a comprehensive career history that includes executing marketing campaigns for financial and CPG institutions, before transitioning into the leadership and organizational development (L&OD) space, with a focus on supporting employees through leadership coaching and change management. She holds a masters degree in communications from Northwestern University and has been a certified coach for 13 years.

Joe Grasso, PhD, is the Vice President of Workforce Transformation and Customer Marketing at Lyra Health, where he leads the development of integrated solutions and communications to advance workforce mental health at scale. A clinical psychologist by training, Dr. Grasso brings a systems-level lens to the design of workplace programs, guiding organizations to align business goals with sustainable well-being. At Lyra, he leads the company’s consulting services, customer marketing, content development, and community-building programs that enable employers to support healthy, high-performing workforces.

Dr. Grasso’s insights have been featured in national media outlets such as CNN, The Wall Street Journal, The Washington Post, Los Angeles Times, and Fast Company. Before joining Lyra, he led national training initiatives and health services research at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. His peer-reviewed work spans topics including integrated care, psychotherapy outcomes, and the intersection of social identity and mental health.\

Kendall Browne, PhD is a Director of Workforce Transformation at Lyra Health and a licensed clinical psychologist. At Lyra, she consults with employers on workplace wellness and mental health strategy and leads a team of experts responsible for the development and delivery of Lyra's live training content. Throughout her career, Dr. Browne has provided educational training and consultation to organizational leaders, administrators, and frontline employees. Prior to joining Lyra, she supported national training initiatives and conducted treatment development and evaluation research as the Associate Director, Training and Education for the Veterans Affairs Center of Excellence in Substance Addiction Treatment and Education.

Keren Wasserman, MA, leads the Organizational Development and Strategic Consultation functions within Workforce Transformation at Lyra Health. With a background as both a management consultant and a clinical social worker, she brings a unique perspective to workplace well-being. Before joining Lyra, Keren worked at Deloitte, driving large-scale, multimillion-dollar change initiatives.

At Lyra, Keren consults with customers and designs programs that help Fortune 500 companies enhance employee well-being and mental health through an organizational lens—focusing on work design. Recognizing that people spend a third of their lives at work, she is dedicated to equipping workplace leaders with the tools to build cultures that prioritize well-being and drive exceptional organizational performance.

Renee Albert is a senior global benefits leader with over 25 years of experience designing and scaling global benefits and well-being strategies. She currently serves as the Director, Global Benefits & Well-being at Lyra Health, where she leads innovative, employee-centric programs that drive workforce resilience, engagement, and business performance.

Renee has held senior leadership roles at Facebook/Meta, Marriott International, McKesson, and Symantec. She is an active board member and leader with organizations such as the International Benefits Institute (IBI), Business Group on Health (BGH), and International Foundation of Employee Benefit Programs (IFEBP). She previously held leadership positions with the Employee Health Innovation Roundtable (World 50 Accelerator) and Silicon Valley Employers Forum (SVEF), contributing to industry advancement and peer collaboration. She currently serves as a Client Advisory Board Member for both MetLife and Cigna.

A respected industry voice, Renee actively contributes to leading benefits organizations and has been recognized as a Benefits Professional of the Year by Employee Benefit News.

Shane O’Neil-Hart, LCSW, is a clinician, executive coach, and behavioral health leader. He has developed multiple global coaching programs at Lyra, bringing evidence-based care to hundreds of thousands of clients. As Director of Neurobehavioral Health Coaching, Shane oversees Lyra’s workplace and neurodiversity coaching offerings. He is also an Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychiatry at University of California, San Francisco and a recognized expert in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

Dr. Janie Jun is the Senior Director of High Acuity Care Services at Lyra Health. She supports the oversight of clinical quality and optimizes the delivery of telemental health care in Lyra’s Renew Substance Use Disorder Program, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy Program, and virtual Intensive Outpatient Program.

Dr. Jun earned her doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology at the University of Washington. She completed a pre-doctoral internship at VA Boston Healthcare System and a clinical research postdoctoral fellowship at the National Center for PTSD at VA Boston Healthcare System. She specializes in treating anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, and traumatic-stress related disorders.

Chris Jackson leads Lyra’s partnership efforts with a focus on large employers. Prior to Lyra, Chris was Head of Public Health for one of the nation's largest behavioral health EHR Providers. He has consulted on and led complex behavioral and public health information technology projects for F500 organizations and in the public sector at local, state, and national levels.

Dr. Andrea Holman is the Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEI&B) Senior Manager for Lyra's Workforce Transformation team. In this role, she leads educational content creation, primarily related to the intersection of social identity and mental health and its impact on people in the workplace. She is a counseling psychologist by training and, prior to joining Lyra in 2021, she served as a tenured psychology professor. Her areas of research include the psychological experience of African-Americans—specifically the complexities of racial identity and cultural mistrust and their impact on interracial interactions—and racial advocacy from the perspective of Black and Latinx Americans. A contributor to articles in publications including The Counseling Psychologist, American Psychologist, and Harvard Business Review, she also lends her expertise to book chapters, national conference presentations, virtual seminars, workshops, and podcasts.

Outside of work, Dr. Holman enjoys good food, family time, and American football.

Karen Timmeny is a strategic business leader with 20 years of experience, including 5 years successfully leading the Strategic Customer Success team at Lyra. She specializes in translating complex business goals into effective employee experience and customer initiatives, with core expertise in designing and implementing transformative, impactful mental and behavioral health programs. Her influential leadership style empowers both internal and external teams to consistently achieve strategic organizational objectives.

Prior to her current role, Karen excelled on the Customer Success teams at meQuilibrium, Limeade, Castlight Health, and Optum. Her experience includes partnering with major employer groups across diverse sectors, including entertainment/telecommunications, finance, automotive, and professional services.
