Make a difference at Lyra
Join our team of passionate, mission-driven, and inclusive people working together to transform mental health care.

Our mission is to transform behavioral health through technology—with a human touch
Joining Lyra is an opportunity to help solve persistent problems in the mental health care system. We all play a role in using technology to connect people with high-quality care, so they can feel better and more effective in every aspect of their lives.
The work we do makes a powerful difference for employees and their families, as well as their employers. And we have the data to prove it.

The problem
For most people, it’s really hard to find effective mental health care. Many providers have long wait times, don’t accept new patients or private insurance, or use approaches that are not clinically proven to help.
Our solution
Lyra created a seamless digital platform that connects people to a large network of specialized, evidence-based mental health providers. With the help of talented team members, we make it easy to access high-quality care for the full spectrum of mental health needs.

Our Results
83% of Lyra members experience reduced symptoms and overall improved functioning.
Lyra’s therapists and coaches are vetted and trained to care for clients using evidence-based treatments.
The standard average wait for a mental health care visit is 21 days, compared to Lyra’s average time to care of one day.
Lyra’s core values
Our name was inspired by the constellation Lyra—one of the brightest in the night sky. This group of stars helped ancient seafarers find their way home safely, just as our company helps people navigate mental health challenges. These are the values we live by:
Diversity, Equity, Inclusion,
and Belonging
At Lyra, employees connect with one another and experience transformative learning in a brave space. We provide exceptional workshops, education, and growth opportunities, empowering all of us to embed DEIB principles into every thread of our work.
Together, we actively commit to creating a work environment where every employee feels seen, valued, and heard.

Cierra Gillison
Centering a sense of belonging across all historically marginalized employees at Lyra is essential to our growth as a company. We’re working together to create an environment where we can know better and do better.
Inclusion, and Belonging

Life at Lyra
Not only are our employees great at what they do, they’re having fun while doing it. Here’s a peek at what it’s like to work at Lyra, in their own words.

As a single mom, I balance a lot of commitments; a flexible schedule is a ‘must.’ At Lyra, I’m consistently encouraged to design a WFH schedule that works for my life, enabling me to prioritize my son every day.

Lyra’s passion and goals are what get me excited about working here. They are bringing a new meaning and definition to what mental health means and how to provide access for everyone.

I love how this is a mission-driven company that aims to increase access to mental health care. Our focus on diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging—both within Lyra as well as through our work with clients—has been a strong reason for why I continue to stay.
