About the Role
Lyra Health is looking for an Operations Manager to focus on launching Lyra’s Coaching program across the globe to help us service clients in a variety of countries and languages. This role will be a great fit if you are energized by managing the day-to-day operations for our coaches in a variety of locations and regulations. You will work in close collaboration across the organization to support coaches.

Responsibilities

  • Lead operations for the launch for coaching in new countries and languages 
  • Partner and collaborate across product, tech ops, product, legal, finance and additional teams
  • Manage Program Associate to ensure coaches are supported with day to day questions and care coordination
  • Identify operational weaknesses and help improve or innovate new processes, collaborating internally with teams such as product, engineering, data science, legal, and others to effectively set up processes to scale the program over time 
  • Build and maintain internal reference guides and training on specific countries’ protocols 
  • Build partnerships with our Global Care Team partners
  • Partner with teams to build key processes around billing and payments

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of operations or program management; operations at startup/non-profit or health care provider experience is strongly preferred.
  • Direct experience in mental health field / healthcare operations is preferred 
  • Coach training or knowledge of coaching industry 
  • Exceptional people skills, with prior experience as a manager strongly preferred
  • Strong project management skills and a demonstrated ability to work successfully on cross-functional teams
  • Ability to innovate and creatively solve problems in a highly collaborative manner
  • Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize and balance priorities in a dynamic and constantly evolving work environment
  • Passion for mental health and changing the healthcare landscape
