Lyra’s H2 2026 Product Roadmap: What’s next in scaling access, specialty care, and workforce performance

Dr. Davidson is a licensed clinical psychologist responsible for leading the Neurobehavioral Health Service Line at Lyra. Within this role, she brings her expertise to programs that support objective assessments, clinical support, and preventative interventions for complex functional health needs, including neurodiverse conditions and workplace functioning. Prior to Lyra, Dr. Davidson spent her career supporting clinical program development and training clinicians in evidence-based care at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs.

Joe Grasso, PhD, is the Vice President of Workforce Transformation at Lyra Health and a clinical psychologist by training. At Lyra, he oversees Lyra's product suite for supporting workplace mental health and he leads a team of experts who consult with employers on their management practices, corporate policies, and learning and development programs. Dr. Grasso has been interviewed by national media outlets including CNN, Wall Street Journal, Los Angeles Times, Fast Company, and Washington Post for his perspective on workforce mental health topics. Prior to joining Lyra, Dr. Grasso managed the implementation of a national training program for the US Department of Veterans Affairs, where he also led quality improvement initiatives and conducted health services research. His peer-reviewed research spans topics including integrated health care, psychotherapy outcomes, and the intersection of social identities and mental health.

As Lyra’s VP of Design, Megan brings a rigorous, human-centered approach to creating mental health experiences that scale with care. She leads UX across the member journey, leveraging technology to design personalized pathways that adapt to each individual’s unique needs. Prior to Lyra, Megan was a founding member of Lyft’s Trust and Safety team, advocating for the well-being of riders, drivers, and employees. She brings over 20 years of agency and consulting experience, shaping design strategy for leading global brands.

Erin Wall is a product marketing leader with more than a decade of experience bringing innovative healthcare and technology products to market. She specializes in launching zero-to-one solutions and translating complex ideas into clear value for customers.

She currently serves as Director of Product Marketing at Lyra Health, where she leads go-to-market strategy for Lyra’s clinical programs and Centers of Excellence. Over the past five-plus years, she has helped launch new behavioral health solutions designed to expand access to high-quality mental health care for employees and their families.
