As you complete your workforce assessments or workforce assessment profile, you may be asked questions pertaining to sensitive personal information (ethnicity and sexual orientation) as defined by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA). Providing this information is optional and completely voluntary. If you no longer want Lyra to process this information, please email [email protected]. This information will only be retained for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, as described below. To conduct analyses using anonymized data about the state of mental well-being in your employer’s workforce and how work may be contributing to it, in order to inform changes to workplace practices and corporate policies that can promote improved employee well-being.
