Lyra delivers high quality, supportive, science-based care to members of all communities. When you voluntarily provide information about race or ethnicity, you are agreeing to allow Lyra to use that information to advance research and understanding of the effectiveness of care delivery to individuals in particular racial or ethnic groups, including sharing the information with Lyra Clinical Associates P.C.
