Your Lyra benefit ended on October 19, 2023

Beginning October 19, 2023, the Lyra benefit will no longer be available to Convoy members and you will no longer have access to the Lyra online care platform, self-care apps, and care provided by Lyra providers. To continue seeing your Lyra provider, you may be able to pay for services out-of-pocket or through your health plan.
