Your Lyra benefit ended on January 1, 2023

As of January 1, 2023, the Lyra benefit is no longer available and has been replaced by Security Service Federal Credit Union’s new EAP provider.

To continue seeing your same Lyra provider, you may be able to pay for services out of pocket or through your health plan. Make sure to inform your current provider of the transition of care from Lyra to your new EAP provider.

Effective January 1, 2023, you have the opportunity to switch to a provider from your new EAP to continue your care. In order to make this a seamless transition, you may want to revisit any visit/care notes from your Lyra provider as those may be helpful if you plan to transition to a new provider.
