By providing us with your personal email, you are agreeing that Lyra may use this email address to send you information concerning your experience and treatment with our group of providers. At times, this information may include protected health information (“PHI”), such as details regarding prospective providers to support mental health concerns, details of appointments you schedule through Lyra, and communications with our care team responding to concerns you may raise through email to the care team. Lyra’s care team is committed to supporting your privacy and will only include the minimum necessary information in emails it will send to you.

We take your privacy very seriously and want to make you aware that personal email may be unsecure. Lyra cannot be responsible for any unauthorized access to information when information is sent to your personal email. Alternatively, Lyra offers you the choice of using a secure electronic communication system instead of your personal email to communicate with you and send you important information about your healthcare. Our secure electronic communication system will require you to log into a separate portal to access the email that is being sent.
